The 9th International Conference on Advanced Algorithms and Control Engineering (ICAACE 2026) Concludes Successfully in Jinan
The 9th International Conference on Advanced Algorithms and Control Engineering (ICAACE 2026), sponsored by Tongji University and Shandong Normal University, was successfully held from March 20 to 22, 2026, at the Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University. The conference featured diverse sessions including keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster presentations, awards, and networking breaks, attracting over 400 scholars from more than 20 countries and regions to participate both online and offline. Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies, innovative applications, and future trends in the fields of advanced algorithms and control engineering, aiming to promote the deep integration of academic research and industrial practice.

To stimulate academic innovation and identify outstanding young talent, this conference featured a special awards session, aiming to provide a high-end platform for scholars to showcase original research and exchange cutting-edge ideas. Following a rigorous selection process and multiple rounds of fair evaluation by the program committee, five recipients each were awarded for "Excellent Paper," "Excellent Young Scholar Report," and "Excellent Poster" from the numerous submissions.
These commendations not only highly affirm the laureates' academic exploration and innovative practices but also highlight the academic community's dual focus on the originality and practical value of research outcomes. Through this platform, a group of young scholars with international perspectives and interdisciplinary backgrounds emerged, injecting new vitality into the fields of control science and intelligent systems.
